The methods of communication in use outside of the business are described below: Telephone communication: This method is used by many businesses such as Tesco to transmit simple message about their services quickly and efficiently. Using this method for communication is beneficial for the businesses because it offers immediate feedback for example contacting suppliers and customer with the business new products or services.
